Call Center Representative

Piedmont, OK, United States of America (Remote)

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Customer Service Call Center Representative to join our team. In this role, the individual will be responsible for handling inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive and professional experience for each caller.


Responsibilities and Duties:


- Maintain a high level of professionalism and efficiency in all patient interactions, which includes promptly returning voicemails within two hours, adhering to stringent standards of phone etiquette, and fostering positive relationships with patients.

- Navigate the platform efficiently to process orders in accordance with client-specific procedures.

- Compose and appropriately distribute emails, memos, and letters.

- Arrange travel logistics, including booking flights, vehicles, and making necessary reservations.

- Screen phone calls and route callers to the appropriate personnel.

- Utilize computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, and create presentations.

- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.


Qualifications:


- A minimum of one year of experience in customer service or a call center environment is preferred.

- Excellent communication and active listening skills are essential.

- Ability to multitask effectively within a fast-paced environment.

- Basic computer proficiency and accurate data entry skills are required.
